I don't think it's related to the kiss but more to the fact that he might not be completely human, maybe his body is rotting from the inside or like an infection thing(just a theory)
I might be wrong but I think he never kissed before buf he do it anyway and realised it was gross thats why he puke, he probably continue let himself being kissed because he think its fun looking at his teach blusshing face and figuring out the teach expression, now he probably falling a bit for the teach
