Honestly I'm glad that our MC is stepping up to take charge of her own life and act independently. While she says she is simply keeping the dukedom safe until her brother returns, I think she by far deserves to be their leader.
His priorities clearly don't include her as someone on top of the list.
Maybe I'll be proven wrong later and I'll gladly take that but for now her brother is utterly absent and doesn't seem to put family as priority at all.

I feel for them both :(
Like I think we can all see that Little Mo works at that job to help his Mom out as much as he can, and at that moment it was a big blow to him to lose that job.
At the same time He Tian got caught in the emotional blowup and didn’t deserve that either.
It would be nice for them to meet in the middle, but I also would like to see Little Mo approach He Tian first just because he did blow up on him without warning.

Lmao so you're telling me he's blaming humans for the death of his daughter when it was at HIS command that his army chased them down and killer her lover in front of her?
Boomers istg /jk
but yeah that's pretty fucked up that he's blaming humans for essentially what he did; he killed his own daughter indirectly and can't own up to that.
YOU ARE NOT THE MAIN CHARACTER OF THIS STORY
