About 6 months ago I kinda gave up for a few days then I returned again.

I just go with the flow. If you watch/eat/listen too much of anything your eventually gonna get tired of it. So sometimes I take breaks when I've gone overboard and then go back.
Only every time I get a panic attack. Morality conflict mostly.
