Had a random recollection about an assassin (?) or mafia (?) guy that was tired of his underworld life. He disappeared and a flower shop owner found him so now he works there and leave behind his past. Someone was gonna find out he was working there but the flower show owner stopped it and turns out to be related to the underworld as well and he knew about the guy's true identity. Owner wants to keep his secret so a covert deal was made. Flower shop owner is pretty interested with him. Also, It may be either a flower shop or a cafe? I don't recall it very well.

It's now day 5 without father and I'm starting to lose hearing in my left eye and taste in my right.

I just caught up reading to this in one sitting and I was hoping I'd get to the Father-daughter reunion part before that but here I am, getting way cliffhangered. Pls ┗( T﹏T )┛

Manhua. and not sure if it was also shounen ai(?). I can't recall the plot... but the artstyle is deffo a unique one. Very colorful (like stained-glass esque coloring scheme) and a lot of the panels were drawn full and long. Pretty sure it was fantasy as well (or supernatural) like demons or cultivators thing. The clothing style also had historical Chinese in them. It's a pretty scuffed description I know(◞‸◟) but if somehow you thought of something, pls drop em.

Mc has trauma and has no trust on alphas. I only remember the scene where omega mc went into heat and alpha ml found him. Mc was resigned to be taken advantage again but this time, the thing mc feared wouldn't happen because In order to stop alpha's instincts from taking over, ml actually bit his own arm. When I think it was mc' friend(?) found them, ml had this wary death glare.

I can't seem to remember the title so much appreciated to anyone who knows this.

I knew there had to be SOMETHING, price has been emphasized time and time again after all. But a life for memories is worth it at least. There will be time to make new ones as long as he's still alive but there's only nothing if he's dead. Though all that for this is also torment still.

The angel Moondae visual is heaven to my eyes.

Seeing Moondae actually lose his composure like that hits so damn hard I literally teared up, and seeing it gets resolved not long after is like the relief felt after waking up from a nightmare. OG Moondae also suffered so much I wanna hug him.

The whiplash I got from this in the shortest amount of time is insane.

Nothing like the feeling of one's worldview getting pummeled...

Heejae oh Heejae, your light bulb moment has finally come.

Ryu Min's cause for surprise at seeing the Actress there seemed to have been glossed over with how it wasn't mentioned that this was the first time it actually happened in his many regressions, a change likely caused by discovering that the Actress was his neighbor all along in the current timeline.

I'm a bit let down that the bit with CEO and the Actress is milder and wasn't as harsh and impactful as in the novel. (There, the CEO touched her face, and had more lines of insult and humiliating the Actress by demeaning her worth aside acting as nothing but using one's face and body, to the point near tears, and also plain ridicule for almost crying.)

And before any of y'all assume the indignity the Actress suffered is a key reason and then suppose from that MC's cause for displeasure, might I just add, it's moreso because CEO entertained the thought of involving his brother in his solicitous plan and not really because he wanted to impart justice on a wronged female and therefore romancing yada yada.

Touch my brother and you're dead. It's cute how Wonnie is MC's absolute reverse scale. MC can get way cruel later on, but with this, his bit humanity remains. Them standing together and Wonnie's height towering over his big bro is also too adorable.

Luck stats aid aside, MC getting the best results after cursing God sounds like an itty bitty foreshadowing now that I think about it.

Setting aside the complications of the past, I'm just so happy Shinwoo got from this conversation, an enriching resolution.

Sir

Yes, this guy over here. I get a bit wistful how this hunk of a CEO was the reason why I went to binge the novel only to not have him there in the long run.

The sofa being protected by a magic barrier amidst all the havoc Is so adorable.

The implications of this round means players are raised to have less recoil at the thought of murder. Such a dire moral stake for what's still the 4th round out of 20 rounds. (In fact, most of the later rounds relatively feels more morally palatable than the 4th round from a humanity standpoint.) And the one who'll have to suffer from this volatile violence most of the surviving players will get is the powerless people in the real world.

The ruthlessness further bred in order to survive only reaches to a point where they themselves become crossed out of the picture. In the previous timelines, the many organized games yielded not a single survivor except one previous individual before Ryu Min. But even then, that person still had a bad ending even after having his wish granted because he didn't meet the requirement of the Game Creator. The thing is, this was a game where the odds of not even a single one winning is very high. The Gods didn't give a hoot at the prospect of a player winning. It didn't even require a winner, the game ends as is and renews another cycle, extinct players be damned just harvest from another human planet. What's a promise of granting a wish if no one will even get to have it? So the truth of the matter was that this was just a game of where all the billions of people are ultimately driven to their deaths to the amusement of the eyes above.

So why make a game? Superficially, It was made for the amusement to most of the Gods, the Game scenario is like a huge gambling ring to them. But the Game Creator God would have a different ulterior motive in mind at the purpose of the Game she created at the request of the other Gods' plan. Game Creator wanted to secretly raise a God killer, using the hidden regression rune she secretly cast inside the game system as the grindstone for the God killler's growth. Once Ryu Min killed an Angel, he met that preliminary criteria.

Ryu Min actually would have successfully completed the Game before the current regression but he was destroyed because of failing to meet the party entry criteria. And if he did, he would've wished for a world back in new years eve without the game system existing. The Game Creator Tampered with the system to intentionally block Ryu Min. The original requirement didn't require any party, it didn't matter if he was solo. The Game Creator had to destroy Ryu Min so that he regresses one last time for a final attempt at making Ryu Min actually grow his powers more because he wasn't yet powerful enough to Kill Divinity. They were all pawns, if Ryu Min fails the Game Creator God's hidden agenda this one last chance, no one is surviving the game. The secret and only chance-of-winning ticket to such a game was the regression stone, without it, you're just guaranteed to be damned sooner or later.

Consequently this allowed him to help his people actually make it to the 20th round this time, even if it meant Ryu Min had to be ruthless.
