ngl, the ml’s pissing me off. he inserts himself into every part of nadeul’s life like . if he were a girl, i bet everyone would already be cursing her to death.
like in semantic error the ML childishly picks on the MC for a week before learning and switching tactics to winning him over by making the MC like him. I was annoyed at first in that manhwa during the beginning cause the ML actually affects the MC’s concentration in class and attendance and that stressed me as a fellow academic weapon but he learns from that IN ONE WEEK. also the MC isn’t helpless to his pestering, he fights back and he’s fucking funny. he adapts to ignore the ML and one up him back. they both loose composure at the same rate as they fall for each other. you’re telling me this guy’s been acting the same since middle school into college??? he’s had years to grow up a little but he just doesn’t want to swallow his pride and actually show that he likes the mc and that pisses me off. I hate when hate-to-love relationships always put the MC at a disadvantage like oh the ML is SO much smarter and knows exactly how to piss the MC off and everyone thinks the MC’s dating him cause the ML sabotages his chances with other people. also this MC never retaliates back to level the playing field in a meaningful way. he just complains and starts falling for the ML I guess. it’s painfully one sided and makes it look like the MC has no backbone cause he falls for someone who’s TRYING to piss him off because he likes him or whatever. just kick him to the dirt to take him down a peg damn. right now the score board is Joseog 100 and Nadeul 0.
