aint gonna lie, this may be frustrating but i'm actually having fun arguing with a 'LAW STUDENT' who think
'rape can only be committed when a man penetrate their dick forcefully on another', 'women can't commit rape... only men are capable of rape.' and
'the one in the receiving end is only one in the relationship that will be capable of getting rape if its forceful.'

i dont think this is the place to share thoughts on this site but honestly i thought they were ridiculous at first but after some more thinking they do make sense. rape is when they do get on the penetration both for men and women since a women can also take advantage over a man whos unconscious, if theres no penetration i guess it would be sexual assault. sexual assault and rape may seem the same (in a sense they are) but they are diffferent cause sexual assault is more general (this is just my thoughts btwl. anyways, ive heard somewhere rape is defined differently in some countries so they may really be speaking on facts.

I have to respectfully push back on what the so-called "law student" said. Particularly the claim that "it's not just the law in my country, every freaking country says the same thing." That statement is not only incorrect, but honestly, a bit embarrassing to hear from someone claiming to be studying law. Legal definitions of rape and sexual assault vary significantly around the world. Many countries have modernized their laws to reflect a broader, gender-neutral understanding of sexual violence recognizing, for example, that women can also be perpetrators and that rape doesn’t always require penile penetration. My country certainly isn't that behind, and it's frustrating to see someone confidently spread misinformation under the guise of legal expertise. Being informed means acknowledging nuance, not making sweeping generalizations based on outdated or limited legal frameworks. :)))
