Yeah that's what he's doing: coping we've yet to see him actually having a full on mental breakdown (let's just hope that doesn't happen)
People defending this like he didn't meet yw in middle school when he was a grown adult. yeah he didn't have feelings for yw as a child but people can still rightfully call it weird.
Taegu was like the only adult who cared for him so it kind of sets up expectations for the reader that they have a kind of familial bond
I knew ththe author was gonna make him the 2nd ml from the get go but this is DEVASTATING to me.
