I understand that Eve and Adam are together and Eve was tainted by the snake's apple and tainted Adam.
All espers seem to have names of angels, eg Michael and Raphael. Angels are like guardians so espers are practically guardians of earth. And that's just I barely gathered (I'm not quite analytical as others )
I think you’re on track with your analysis! Angels are seen as both protectors and bringers of destruction. I think we have yet to see all the details that parallel those of the biblical Adam and Eve, however I like that the author gave the one that holds and wields power to Eve, with Adam being in the submissive supporting role (women after all are the bringers of life, and so hold that power is great vs men who can only destroy life). Anyway, looking forward to other people’s thoughts too ;)

Actually at first I didn't evn notice that the author was using the Biblical names of Angels as well as Adam and Eve.
I'm still not even sure about what and what's happening right now because of the gaps in releasing of chapters.
But I keep getting the feelin that(it's my thoughts okay) in the bible it said that Eve ate the apple because of the snake. So in my own conclusions I see Micheal's possessiveness as the apple where his mind is the snake. And in conclusion he was called Eve and Adam as Adam?
