Often I keep seeing people complaining about how the author should've stopped this whole story when the vampire story ended and that just pisses me off.
These other stories are just that, other stories. They aren't related to each other. If you don't enjoy the other stories then don't read them. Yes I understand that the vampire story was shorter than the recent ones but be glad that it existed, nobody is forcing you to read the others. If you're so desperate for a continuation then do it yourselves. Imo, even though it was short, it was brilliant the way it was and a continuation might just ruin it.
And another thing, these other stories are great imo. They each focus on a different type of love and flaws of being human. And that to me is great and the way it is portrayed through the story makes it even better.
Like the frequency girl story, the toxic blinding pink perfectly reflects the state of of the girl's paranoia and how intoxicating it is. And in the ice cream one, the colours are bright reflecting the desires and wishes that the magic brought out and how 'perfect' this dream world is like. And in this current one the colours are dull showing the banal life the characters are going through.

Okay so was the mission just about how susceptible humans are to influence when they have lost one of their senses? So practically it was a human experiment?
Cause it definitely wasn't an experiment about how MC herself will act because they didn't do a deep enough dive on her background (?). Like ML didn't seem aware that she used to do gymnastics?
Could've been about experimenting that blindness solution but I doubt it because ML called it the Bird Box Mission, like it was about trapping and keeping a bird in a controlled environment but the controlling factors was the missions goal.
ANYWAYS, let's talk about the most important part. ML was hard for MC! ლ(´ڡ`ლ) I pray that seggsy time is coming soon
Men.
No wonder Duri got a divorce. And honestly her mother doesn't help either. But then again this is what I like about this story. Certain characters are so realistic at times that I sympathize with them, like when Duri was going through that one sided yelling match with her mother. Hit a little close to home.
