the translator really should loosen up the dialogue a bit. i agree that it’s less like historical dialogue and more like someone is hitting the synonyms > replace option in google docs. like, i can understand it just fine, but it is distracting from the actual sentences being formed. i know the translator probably won’t reel it in, so this is just a light vent session. pretty chapter regardless.

No the bully is not the ml but later the real ml bullies mc as well, assaults him breaks his arm and nearly suffocates him even making mc think of suicide yet mc goes back to him again quite quickly though it was for "survival"... tbh both mc and ml are freaks but the power imbalance makes obviously ml way worse. Art is pretty but the story is just glorified violence, to give an idea if you like Red mansion you will enjoy this but if you find the Red mansion dynamic disgusting you will hate this story too because theirs is basically the same but in school setting
