Boy, this was a ride. A good one that was worth every minute of binge reading this in one go. (Which i recommend to get the full flavor of the story.)

So let me happily ramble about the goods and bads of this and some suggestions too. :)
For all those not interested: Just know that this is a beautiful read, a must read tbh. 9.5 outta 10!
This is definitely worth reading. Re-reading and I would honestly love to see this be turned into an anime.
Give it a try, because I for one really love this story. Those that can appreciate a more mature-view on things, both villains and relationships of supposed lovers alike, can have an absolute gem waiting for them.


Now for the review. This is detailed, hence lengthy, so buckle up! (￣∇￣")

First of, the romance itself.
It's incredibly well done. Romantic, innocent, not a shred of creep-factor despite the age-regression and the overal fantasy-type plot element that made it all possible is just very interesting and can create such lovely scenarios!
Both of them have such lovely personalities, which makes seeing them just interact normally with one another absolutely precious and satisfying. <3
But even the friends and background characters have such endearing personalities. It's just nice to see them, especially the brother's friend! He's an amazing character.

There are a few issues here and there, sure. Some things could have been done better or just given more detail, some could have been left out. Like the one chapter about the abusive and toxic wannabe girlfriend. She did NOT need screentime, that simply further proved that she was a bitch. But I digress. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I think the pace could have been slightly slower, allowing for more detail and emotions to settle. But overall i think it was well done regardless.
The thing that bothered me somewhat was the logic all in all. None of the characters truly seemed to consider the seemingly pedo-type factor of the relationship (to outsides), nobody once mentioned the idea of going to the cops. But, granted, this allowed for a really intriguing story to unfold. And as I am unaware what the brother's exact mental issues are and how they can portray in real life, it MIGHT be an option that it actually overshadows his need to react 'normal' and call the cops. He acted borderline sociopathic at times, so I expect nothing normal from him. XD

Which brings me to a spoiler-ish part of the review, so beware, tho you can skip: The villain and his writing.

One of the things i think they should have been more detailed about is the brother's first unnoticable but then more and more very obvious mental problems. Making his breakdown more severe to match the situations and have him revert back to the vulnerable child he actually is inside would have made even more impact than it already does in some moments.
What drove him wasn't a bad personality or malice, it was a child desperately clinging onto that ONE aspect in his life he was allowed control over. And he's honestly a tragic character, so I was very happy to see the author not just discard him as a bad guy, as so many authors do, but instead help save him as well. He was treated like a person, who was able to change, who deserved change because he was very clearly in need of help.
His character was perfectly done in terms of making him realistic and both charismatic and dislikable to equal amounts.
Tho this might not be the case for people who just do not understand mental illness and such struggles. That I'm aware of.
He was a great mix of good and bad traits and I would honestly throw him into the ranks of some Hollywood movie villains! Sure, as I said, his shock-part and turn around was a bit too weak for my taste, but all in all his personality itself and the changes he underwent were really great to witness. He's one of those characters I simply cannot dislike, even after he was introduced as the villain. And i wanted him to get saved too, despite his wrongdoings. Which I'm happy turned out to be the case. :)

3rd "He Came From the End of the Sky" or "The Edge of the Sky"
4th "Inverse Immortal"
5th "The Shayak War"

I analyzed every transmigration of Wang Yi and i think it always had a problem

PROBLEMS IN EACH STORYS

1st fragment(im gonna explain later why im calling the storys 'fragment') - Protagonist fell in love with the Antagonist due to the Protagonists mind reading
2nd fragment - Protagonist got obsessed of Antagonist due to Protagonist Mind Reading, Also Bai Mo decided to end the story earlier than planned in the novel and Bai Mo failed to kill Wang Yi beacause they knew each other before(i have a theory about Bai Mo and i'm gonna explain it later)
3rd Fragment - Wang Yi's Experiment with X became a problem since X has nothing to do with the plot and it became a problem because it had an interest with Wang Yi and said that it had been searching for Wang Yi for so long(i think i have a theory for it, gonna explain it later)


EXTRA That i think has to do with something

• i called the storys "Fragments" because in ch. 138 they said that they divided the storys as fragments idk its just my understanding of the story (ToT)
• i think Bai Mo is actually a predecessor before too and when you go to ch. 138 when they were at a cemetery you can see in the back there is a girl in the back (not the one that has a ponytail)
• In the "Gardenia of Apocalypes" the Protagonist, Qin Xian, was getting random memorys of other people. I don't think it was random though because if you look closely in the new chapter 139 you can see that Qin shayak was wearing a kind of admiral uniform just like the memory he saw and in the memory he saw he also saw Wang Yi tied up in chains by Qin Shayak.
• In the "He came from the Edge of the Sky" ch. 94, Wang Yi and So was talking about why the predecessors are now not allowed to take on the from of a human and only animals was because of an incident, one of the talented senior predecessors tried to leave the system and become a human or host i guess. i think it was Wang Yi that was a predecessor before and is now a human host that made that incident before
• In the "He came from the Edge of the Sky" ch. 101, X was evolving and the memories he got from Wang Yis mind formed and when Wang Yi was about to get eaten by X Wang Yi suddenly said in his mind "This way i can... Be with you Forever" and then a memory flshback come up of Wang Yi wearing a black outfit and talking to Qin Xian, Wang Yi said "Qin... Would you like me to be with you Forever?" And i think it was the time Wang Yi was a Predecessor and Wang Yi tricked Qin Xian of storing all the energy to Qin Xian because Wang Yi and White(the white cat that is actually a predecessor that is a friend of Wang Yi) planned to keep all the energy to beat the master system, in ch. 138 you can actually see that they said they tricked qin xian to keep all the energy to beat the master system.
• so the X in the "He came from the Edge of the Sky" i think X is actually Xin Qian who Wang Yi tricked and is now transmigrating to different worlds with Wang Yi with no memory of Wang Yi as an predecessor. You know how every single world Wang Yi goes there is always a Qin Xian who has the ability to read minds? I think Qin Xian bought a mind reading ability when he was a host before of Wang Yi as his predecessor. So they said that the master system found out about Wang Yi and the other predecessor was planning on using the energy they collected on the master system so the master system was gonna take all the energy i guess but Wang Yi found a way of storing the energy and he stored it in Qin Xian by tricking Qin Xian he would never leave Qin Xian and i think the memory that qin xian in the "Gardenia of the apocalype" was getting(the one where Wang Yi was Tied up in chains) was when he found out Wang Yi tricked him that Wang Yi will never leave him so he chained up Wang Yi and never let go of Wang Yi.

The story is very confusing but im kinda getting it i hope you get my explainations
