I rewatched fairytale after watching one piece, now I can't see it in the same way

i loved it in 5th grade then tried rewatching it as a 20 yo and the whole series is literally just "hey remember this traumatic event that shaped his entire personality? yea no worries we'll remind you again in 3 minutes" the flashbacks get SO fucking annoying like i get it he got bullied as a child and was on a swing leave me alone im not a goldf......
