I honestly don't get the hate. I actually enjoyed this story. Glad that the even though seme was trashy for the most part, he got a good redemption arc. And uke was actually a really strong character. It was a very slow burn story for me but now I wonder what next.
I agree, the redemption arc has a satisfying amount of groveling and admitting faults and sorrys.
I usually am strongly for leaving pos character and forgetting about them but in this story I've felt ok
Like everyone else has said, this was a flimsy ending. Even though it was the same ol’ story of mean and toxic seme with sweet and firm uke, it had so far been one of the few story to stand out on its own and had a good pacing. But the way they reconcile should have been paced better because that was crucial to the ending. I still hope there’s a story out there that can do justice to BL manhwa.

And I know that I have some many torches stories I need to catch up on my lists but I really want to reread this one. That last time I had a story engulf me the way Dear Door was Cherry Blossom After Winter and Pear Boy.
