Every medical manhwa seems like trash after reading this one. It's realism has warped my standards somebody save me!! I can't enjoy the medical genre anymore
I cringed so hard when he performed Pericardiocentesis in that dingy alleyway.. There's no way a 4th year resident with notably lacking talent would be able to perform that without imaging techniques. Additionally, the manhwa mentioned the patient would die if he punctured the lung?? First of all, puncturing a lung doesn't even have a high fatality rate, but what the MC should be stressing about is hitting a cardiac artery or vein. Don't even get me started with the lack of sterility. Obviously, you're not working with much in a random ass alleyway, but you're telling me he couldn't even get gloves while obtaining the syringe? Also, where the hell is the catheter? There's no way a cardial tamponade swelling to that degree would have such little drainage. This comic is stupid I could rant for hours about how unrealistic it is in every possible area. It sounds like the author just threw in random medical terms while having no idea what they actually mean

As someone who's studied the medical field as a hobby, I'm amazed by how in depth this comic is! All the fancy terminology might be boring to the average reader, but I absolutely love it! The things I knew about seem to be correct like the pericardial sac and abdominal quadrants. Additionally, there's actual imagery of the organs which is rare for webcomics. The author must've studied a lot. I'm thoroughly impressed I wish it was longer because it's very inspiring having a morally strong MC.
I'm so happy they gave Sunhee a redemption arc. From the moment of her first appearance, I immediately fell in love. I think she can be a good help to our pushover MC.
Okay, why is this unironically good. The art? Scrumptious. It's digital but somehow reminds me of paper with the way they use crosshatching. Some of the characters are actually likable like the MC and Ricky (debatable lol, but I like Ricky). Technically gore porn but I'm more invested in the blood than the sex. Reminds me a lot of early Jūjika no Rokunin with the way the author's not scared to cross the line. Pleasantly surprised it's not meaningless rape and actually my cup of tea. Quality psychological ✧

I don't think so because he has only been getting stronger with each curse that is lifted and his power to see mana and cut through it has not lessened, I think his power to cut through mana has to do with who his dad is and who he is himself, so I think it's something he enhirited from his dad
I believe Ronan was born with a power at the transcendental level, and thus that power was sealed so intricately. Be it because it was dangerous for the cult's plan or dangerous for Ronan's still-growing body.
