all these people coming from tiktok and bashing this story need to take a second to actually analyze the story instead of just crying about the imagery. its MEANT to be disturbing. its MEANT to be disgusting. what the hell were you expecting??
the character is a narcissist and unreliable narrator, but at the same time, he's so jarringly aware. it's beautiful when he's distorted himself into this emotionless vessel just to realize he was being guided by his own irrationality. his ego and nihilism was his downfall, becoming the ugliest part of the society he claimed to hate.

Some incels on r/GushingOverMagicalGirls were jumping through hoops trying to justify their ages. "Bla bla bla it's a coming of age story about a girl discovering her sexuality!!" Like mf that's a lot of words to say you're a gooner with a fetish with abusive lesbians. I think the fact the most popular characters are the lolibait ones says a lot. In case you're wondering, I'm talking about Korisu and Alice. Their merch always sells out the fastest when it comes to pre-orders (don't ask me how I know

I cringed so hard when he performed Pericardiocentesis in that dingy alleyway.. There's no way a 4th year resident with notably lacking talent would be able to perform that without imaging techniques. Additionally, the manhwa mentioned the patient would die if he punctured the lung?? First of all, puncturing a lung doesn't even have a high fatality rate, but what the MC should be stressing about is hitting a cardiac artery or vein. Don't even get me started with the lack of sterility. Obviously, you're not working with much in a random ass alleyway, but you're telling me he couldn't even get gloves while obtaining the syringe? Also, where the hell is the catheter? There's no way a cardial tamponade swelling to that degree would have such little drainage. This comic is stupid I could rant for hours about how unrealistic it is in every possible area. It sounds like the author just threw in random medical terms while having no idea what they actually mean

As someone who's studied the medical field as a hobby, I'm amazed by how in depth this comic is! All the fancy terminology might be boring to the average reader, but I absolutely love it! The things I knew about seem to be correct like the pericardial sac and abdominal quadrants. Additionally, there's actual imagery of the organs which is rare for webcomics. The author must've studied a lot. I'm thoroughly impressed I wish it was longer because it's very inspiring having a morally strong MC.
I feel like many readers leaving negative comments are very ignorant... It's fair to not like something simply because you don't, but their reasoning usually ends up being enabled by misinterpretation. I admit, it's partially because of the plethora of poor otome adaptations, but I'd be lying if it didn't make me resent the fanbase a little bit.
Please read beyond the lines... It's frustrating seeing people miss such obvious implication. Do they not look at anything but text? The purpose of a comic adaptation is to put words into visuals, not to chew the novel's words then spit them out. This series, however, actually uses visuals for a lot of the storytelling as it should be. If that's too advanced for you, please just say you don't understand it or don't like it and leave it at that.
And finally, if this does not apply to you, then I am not talking about you. I do not desire to berate anybody but to vent my frustrations and encourage civil discussion. Feel free to reply if you disagree with me or think I'm being unreasonable.
Not here to disagree, I find this manhwa nice I mean like, I honestly don't care about bad translations, all I wanted was some good art and plot! (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
you're so right. media literacy is at an all time low. these people need to read simple and straight forward manhwa
