you're talking about a different anime, i am afraid. koi suru shirokuma and shirokuma cafe are two different things. the first one got short movies, while shirokuma cafe got two seasons? and penguin voiced by kamiya hiroshi was in shirokuma cafe.
Sadly I only found short 6 episodes on youtube;; Seal-kun is voiced by Hanae Natsuki and Shirokuma is by Umehara yuuichirou (his voice is so soft here!! I think fell in love with a polar bear (ฅωฅ)//)
