Like- the MC found a younger brother by heart. It will be wholesome. Shifting this into a romantic thing seems to be a bit weird to me, cause the MC treats the younger man as his brother, and the age gap is..., also it seems like the MC groomed the ML which is not the case of course but by thhe course of story, it seems like it lol. It's not weird. A lot of BLs feature these kind of grooming/incest vibes plots. Sometimes I can handwave them away but this creator puts a a lot more effort and detailing into developing this Found Family plot than most. It's harder to ignore.

Yea but I don't think it can be considered grooming, cause the MC never shows any romantic or sexual interest in the ML and just treats him like a kid brother. He's pretty adamant about it being that way and just helping him, whereas in irl cases of grooming, the perpetuator knows what they're doing and wait till the kid is 18 or whatever to make their move. It seems to be the ML here is the one going through puberty and the only uncomfortable thing is him forming some dependency on the older MC and mistaking the first person who helps him genuinely for a romantic interest.
