I swear in the earlier volumes, the brother told kiyomine that ayako was getting married? but then takara's dad comes home and there's this weird ass tension between them, and ayako even tells him she likes him? What's up with that? also, why would you imply a relationship between the two main lead's father and sister? that's just fucking weird man. ayako and kou getting married would make takara and kiyomine nephew and uncle. the characters are great and all, but this shit keeps bothering me, especially the tension between ayako and kou, like why do you think including that is a good idea??
Wait... What chapter xhjsnsks cause I'm in vol.13 and idk why but the mangaka really take the "love line" "romantic" route with kou and ayako... Like.... That's kinda unnecessary tbh, i feel like the mangaka can take another route like "people who bonding cause they want the best for their loved ones" but i gues they didn't take thay route, instead going to a.... Romantic route which is kinda out of place tbh xjsnksnsks and it's kinda make me feel like not to read this anymore cause tbh, all of other cp are already perfect, they didn't need to added kou and ayako "love line" cause the flow of the story is already good enough without that, the value of the story isn't gonna decreasing without that. Like even when u take that out, it doesn't really matter, still a good story cjsnskmd it's even better if they want to make kou or ayako have their own love story line (without them being a couple) ╥﹏╥
i stopped at vol 23 bc i read the comments and it seems that nothing much really happens to takara ang kiyomine.
my complaints (sorry, i really want to get this off my chest)
that weird relationship between kou and ayako. the thing is, i didn't come here to read about kou and ayako and whatever happens between them. they're both likeable characters, but I personally don't want to see them together because it just creates this weird ass circumstance where takara and kiyomine are somehow familially related when their relationship dynamic clearly implies something that is entirely different.
the depiction of some women in this story makes me think that sometimes, misogyny is okay.
the way that the characters deal with conflict is sometimes questionable. the motives behind some actions are also not explored very much.
kiyomine is a selfish prick who only thinks about himself. i understand that what happened during his childhood traumatized him, but that doesn't excuse how he behaves.
yukari. i know i've posted abt this before, but goddam. why is she so demanding? she's a grown woman pressuring a 16 year old kid to take modeling gigs and go to cocktail parties, and for what??
that weird ass relationship between the guy who kidnapped kiyomine and his cousin (who's a middleschooler btw) what the fuck is up with that? what kinda grown ass man makes friends with school aged kids?? wtf??
if u read this far, tell me your complaints too (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
