Like what’s the tone here? It’s so off. You’ve got this terrifying looking guy in this horrific post apocalyptic scene, with the most innocent love story playing out, in the midst of an authoritarian-ish safe heaven. It’s so weird
That’s the point. lol It’s supposed to feel off putting. The story is just starting out. The author is just starting to lay down the groundwork for the story and the setup for the plot.

Woah so you’re telling me that stories have a beginning, a middle, and a conclusion? I’m blown. Thanks so much
I can see get some off feelings because Guwon looks and act strange and at times intimidating but from everything shown everyone in the town is equal and the kids (like animals a great litmus test for vibes) love him.
I think the towns folk are scared of him because he’s capable of extreme violence and unflinching when faced with morally questionable decisions.
Guwon strikes me as someone who is a survival at all costs kinda of man. He will leave you behind in the field if you aren’t valuable to the flock….he’ll turn away starving outsiders to preserve the community. In a regular circumstance he’d be crazy but in the apocalypse he’s conducting himself in a way that meets the moment.
Are you mad they’re complaining about the lack of consent in this manga?? Saying no life as well is crazy work since you’re also on this website lmao. Turnipps:-/
