she keeps saying she wants to change things but barely does anything that will cause such change. while she do try to tell that she does not want to be the empress, she doesn't use her tools and skills to their potential (she could atleast ask her spirit friends to help her; or make contract with them without anyone knowing so she could still use them) + make some progress in her training instead of flirting w the ml i get that they want to make it romantic but both can be done, no?
while i do agree the brother has the right to be angry and get his revenge, the mc didn't do him any wrong - instead in their past life, she told everyone she doesn't want to be an empress yet they still make her one. he could have just left her alone, or she could have been the saintess.
the potential of the story is there, but the writing and execution is lacking. what a shame.

the mc is a good character (not that well written but) she is as cliche as the others but she managed to reformed most of the characters; albeit late the former duke apologized to his son though it was useless because it was already too late (he still did.) the ml is as cliche as the others but despite of it all he learned to respect the mc's decision - allowing the mc to go to mephis despite of it being unsafe and knowing she can lose her life, lucian let her because thats what she wanted only proving that she succeeded in changing his mindset about obsessing over her. not forgetting oscar too, he is supposed to be a rebellious character but look at him now.
the whole story delivers what it promises (for mc to change the characters for the better) although its cliches as the next reincarnation/isekai manwhas, it still follows through its premise and i appreciate that. this is a good read esp when you read multiple toxic manwhas. its heartwarming and not that stressful. i like it! and the hate the mc gets is so unwarranted lol. her character is not boring at all like being good and nice ≠ boring. if she is badass, you guys will immediately think she is a good character. i hate the standard we have for female characters nowadays. everyone is pissing me off esp ellen that bitch needs to die if him and edwin becomes happy or ends together happily i dont want it. i need edwin to suffer and that bitch ellen to fucking die. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ as much as i love lai, everyone pisses me off so might as well just drop it. if anyone can spoil me, please spoil me.

she is the embodiment of #womaninmensfield. she was never committed to any of them while i do agree she could have mentioned or communicated that she is not limiting herself to just one sex partner - i still think she is a good character.
she is well-written - in everyone's pov, she has good sides and bad sides of her which makes her realistic and conflicting (to like or to root for)
the ml, is on his own right is amazing as well. as i have thought, he is too good to be true. the moment i got to the part where he knew she has multiple sex partners and he didn't bat an eye on it - he has ulterior motives and he does. the other partners too, while i feel bad for both jinhyuk and haesung. soorim, knew and let heesoo loose (tbh, they seem more likely to get to be the endgame to me at the start for reasons: a. their view on relationships are same. b. they understand their boundaries and respects it (until it was revealed that soorim tried to sabotage her relationship with the ml) mr. lee and heesoo would more likely to get along because they are basically the same.
but i like the ending. i like how the relationship between the mc and the other men ended. everything fitted like a glove and while i found some scenes ridiculous, i still like it.
character writing of this is definitely top tier, story telling is amazing too, the art could be better but it was pretty nonetheless. 4.7/5 definitely but i gave it a 5 star because why not lol ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
that's it? i wanted more?? thats so short???
