Some other site translated it. The bot pulls the images/file and uploads on mgg site. It pulls based on the other site’s chap number from my understanding.

They are likely coded to roam other websites, check for the specific comic title and chapter number, go into the page code to rip the pictures and come back with the gathered goods to then have it uploaded on here.
And since the fastest translations out there are always the shittiest, placeholders stop them. Fortunately.
the author's note give me so much comfort. just the thoughts that has been put in this story is intense but how they played the character where readers can emphasize different perspective is freaking good.
