There is sm to say about this story, but what really bothers me is the fact that the ML gets shitted on this much. Let’s be honest this was a time that if you would say something against the higher ups you would die, knowing the risk he still talked the shit. What did u expect? The consequences where laid out to you from the start, if he was such a good dad he wouldnt have taken the risk knowing he still has two sons he needs to raise.
MC needs to let shit go and understand that the ML only did what was expected of him to do, if not him someone else would’ve come for his dads head anyway.

Secondly the ML (especially for this time of era) treats the mc incredible good, so idk where the hate comes from for him? (Before the whole killing attempt obviously). Considering this era where Lord’s would just pick, choice and random people, he is considered to him and very gentle. Sorry, this was my rant.

That dad can rot in hell, I’ve seen alot of ‘bad dad’s in webtoons/manga’s but him telling his own son to sell himself/his body is insane. Poor poor baby he deserves the world.

I do think the mc should try to use the weak spot that the ml has to his advantage better, like milk that boy dry for all his money. I wouldve closed that damn debt, or atleast half, the second he gave me the card and told me to spend it. If im getting traumatized I may as well come out of it good financially, cant have 2 traumas at once.

I partly get why the ex is trying to end on a good note, but he shouldve done it sooner. But having said that they were teenagers then and seeing the ex’s background and coming out of a religious household (which probably up until one point was abusive). Still absolutely not okay that he put the blame on Garam, but he probably had done it out of fear. What I really dont like tho is him coming up with the whole ‘I miss you’ talk, just say your sorry and stop trying to break up a happy couple.

Im really curious if the author will be able to bend their relationship to something romantic/equal. The MC doesn’t seem to have romantic feelings (which does give him the upperhand), but obviously fears him, the ML on the other hand has a ‘weakness’ for him and romantic feelings (kinda) but is also very dominant/mentally ill. Really looking forward to see how and when there relationship dynamic will change.

FINALLY Jaekyung can feel how shitty he treated him, I think this was really necessary for him to hopefully make a full on good redemption arc
