Even Hyeon had a longer and better redemption arc then Mido?? I also wished that the ML (he literally turned into a omega) showed more of that part, his whole bodily anatomy changed but it’s all okay since he found Mido again? He could’ve been more pissed about it tbh, just because you were a child that bc of circumstances couldn’t help him does not give him the power to fuck up ur body.
The art style was gorgeous tho, I do see alot of potential for the writer. I don’t think the whole story sucked, there were also some good parts like with the nostalgic throwbacks and how they glamorize their past even if it used to be different from real life. And the way ‘father’ was actually connected to the boss that took him in. I hope the author writes many more stories but focuses more on redemption (if not just not portraying some serious signs of abuse).
I loved the banter between the MC and ML, but the way he said he would turn him in wasn’t very babygirl of him as he has been up until now
Im really curious if the author will be able to bend their relationship to something romantic/equal. The MC doesn’t seem to have romantic feelings (which does give him the upperhand), but obviously fears him, the ML on the other hand has a ‘weakness’ for him and romantic feelings (kinda) but is also very dominant/mentally ill. Really looking forward to see how and when there relationship dynamic will change.

They’d have to seriously stray from the novel if they bend the relationship to something more equal and so far they’ve done pretty good staying true to the novel.

I think it depends on your definition of happy? In my opinion it’s a happy and bad ending at the same time. In the novel the extras were my favorite part of the story when they both are fully in their roles and in their own ways love each other. But I know some people weren’t happy with how it ended so if you want them in a equal relationship it’s not going to feel happy to you.
Tku for telling me, usually for this kind of stories I at least expect them to get to a point were they are both ok with what they have and they stay faithful, so sounds like a tolerable happy ending
