I don't get what's so confusing Σ( ￣□￣||) In Japan, mothers call their child by their first name. Nanasuki is his last name, while Ryousuke is his first. So that's why the mom calls the MC him that, while others tend to default to Nanasaki to be polite... And his husband and him just so happen to have the same first name too. So essentially, the couple's name are Ryousuke and Ryousuke, with their kanjis just being different.

been trying to reread this but every time i go to the next chapter it says on the loading page no matter how many times i refresh, i have to close the tab and open a new one or it loads but not all pages to and so i refresh and it also just stays in the loading page. anyone else have this problem

As of the latest update Mitsui actually likes it and wants Kensuke the way he is cuz as he said, mitsui is clueless when it comes to love and it makes him nervuos when Kensuke doesnt act like his usual self. So everything is all good.
