Ahh this was very interesting. I liked the way the wife was very different, showing two sides that we don't always see in manga/manhwa. And she was even manipulative! Oh boy, I was in deep. But eh, towards the end, she became an even bigger bitch...kind of makes me in awe. Wasn't sure I liked how quickly the end came, and the ending... Geez, I really don't know, but ah, it wasn't a horrible read. I can see how it might be a no for people, I should probably feel the same. But at this point? Meh. It was intriguing and weird and that's what I liked about it. The art isn't displeasing as well.
I just love how pure and refreshing this is. ahhh never get tired of reading it. It's so welcoming and sweet, none of the discrimination, accepting (the mom cracked me up) and I love the humor and topics covered. Best uke 10/10 none of that complicated *throw some character into it for the sake of it* crap. Panels are gorgeous. Eyes are blessed.
At first, I was kind of skeptical of reading this. I expected another princess-meets-prince-turns-into-a-harem yada yada.
And then it hit. One bullet train after the other. And then giving a cute scene like "Here's another bandaid before I stab you in the gut!"
Sure, there's some things that could've been better, but in terms of wHAT THE FCK IS WITH THAT 180DEGREE PLOT TWIST PLEASE HELP MY SOUL ACHES, this did an a m a z i n g job. I also am a sucker for sad endings, esp to main characters, so...um I liked it. Isn't the feeling of your heart shredding itself because you think of what a character had to go through feel wonderful? The timing was beautiful. I really like the "I'm gonna have this really intense part but none of the characters know until another character reacts in much pain/emotions because they understand the main character but no one else does" kind of trope.
All in all, well worth the reading-this-for-hours straight to finish it in one go. :))
This shit is so fucked up it's amazing in its right.
