It's kinda... lacking? The love? Idk, what I knew, is that this could've been done better. But now I just feel like: Noah is a manipulative, guilt tripping, creepy, peace of work, & Mason could've done better.
But hey, I like Vic & Tony.
After rereading this a second time I totally agree. I don't know where the love is coming from at all.. it's so hard to understand. Mason just save Noah and that's it. Even in the novel it was difficult to understand why they love each other..
Noah seem creepy and stalkerish for Mason constantly wanting to know about his whereabouts even when Mason was doing undercover work. Mason just seem like a regular ass dude who want to just open a coffee shop..
After reading Akatsuki no yona, I have absolutely zero found-family feels towards this squad. They just lack the feels for me, I don't know how they managed to miss this simple quota by a sea, they just didI can't seem to care about them, I feel nothing towards any of them, maybe only annoyance when I see them all in one screen.
I would've put this off longer had I read the comments, but I didn't & wanted to get it out my tbr. I had high hopes based on the cover. Hell, my hopes didn't shatter until the last 10 pages of this manga, I still had some form of hope...
It failed me.
I liked the developing friendship, even though it had a one-sided feeling to it. I wanted them to get to know each other gradually, I don't know what I expected of a 6 chs manga, honestly.
Not only is one of them completely dependent on the other emotionally, the other is staying with his rapist willingly even after calling what blondie did to him a crim, they also end up with one vague relationship status. Like... WHAT R U NOW?
& what do u mean 40!? They stayed like that for like 20 extra years?
It's no wonder it rotted on my tbr, it was fermenting just like their relationship I guess. Glade that's over ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Whoever said it's a "sugar daddy" story, just why?? You're the reason I put reading this off for so long(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I thought it would be a shallow, fast pace, meaninglessly long, plotless Yaoi, but turned out? It's exactly the opposite~ I'm glad I finally got around to reading it.
Also, I don't know what gave me more anxiety, the video or that they left that pizza bag behind... it's always the poor bags (TДT)
nahhh fr i put reading this story off for years. turns out it’s the greenest ive read in a while
