Hello. So since I've literally read all the yaoi out here... I've been OBSSESSING with webcomics such as "Its always raining here" and " tripping over you" ( their 18+ is to buy only but it's like $3-6 and it's amazing).

Any other suggestions for something similar like the two above? Webtoons and webcomics???

Thanks so much

    https://www.lezhin.com/en/comic/bloodbank
The English version of Lezhin doesn't have a large selection of BL webtoons compared to its Korean counterpart, but it still has decent ones published on here. I recommend reading the one that I provided in the link. It costs money to read it as well, but it's worth it. The first chapter is free, so you can try it out and see if you like it.

I don't know if they are similar in story. but they are all webtoons (●'◡'●)ノ
    - Transfusions
    - The less than epic adventure of TJ and Amal
    - The gardener

I think these webcomics are amazing. Its quite the breath of fresh air after reading sooooo much yaoi.
    ( i still love yaoi though )

    Hope u enjoy them.

Hey guys... Let's take a minute to pray for everyone in Japan affected by the terrible earthquake

Okay guys, after the last update of paradise view ( which now I totally chose to ignore and only acknowledge kimi to parade and believe the fluff lives on)

I have probably read and re read all the fluff out there. But please give me fluff, vanilla. Kill me its diabetes because I can't take crying anymore. Any mangas or lists will do even though I do believe I read them all

Hey fellow manga addicts

I was just thinking about how I started getting obsessed with manga, yaoi to be more specific.

I was undergoing a series of surgeries a couple years back. And I watched alllll anime you can think of, when I came across jonjou romoantica... I thought.. Why not? I have all the time in the world! And I remember watching the whole two seasons at that time, in One day. And I was so so so hooked on it. The raw emotion, the hardship, the LOVE. I Was so drawn in I felt like I must read more I couldn't handle it I felt like a junkie needing her fix ( so dramatic but I swear to god o stayed up for a good 30 hours watching and reading it).

Then I found the jonjou romantics series here and I've been obsessed with yaoi ever since. I can say I've read almost all of the yaois on this site but nothing ever compares to how I feel towards the first time I got hooked onto yaoi.

My current favourites are finder, super lovers, totally captivated... ( I have a list of my favourites) and I can say I've read them all over 15 times each.

Anyways, after reading this and wasting your time my question is.... How did you get into manga? Whether it's yaoi or any other genre? And what's your favourite of them all???

Thanks for listening to me and I look forward to your Answers :) (≧∀≦)

( I just finished my thesis before doctoral school starts so I'm indulging )

    Just a random Fujoshi February 28, 2016 4:13 pm

I first started to get into manga through Vampire Knight... I first saw it at my local bookstore when I was 11 and thought that the art was pretty so I bought it and then I got hooked on it. But I can't really find more volumes so I went to the Internet and discovered more genres. And then I heard of Viewfinder. I got really curious and decided to search it on google and went straight to images. And well... I was sccared for a period of time... But for some reason I can't get it out of my head! So... I decided to read it. And that was how I got into yaoi. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Yep I was pretty hesitant as well. Especially since the theme seems to be forceful rape and then I just figured out. That's yaoi for you.

    That's awesome Hahahah.

    Uhm February 28, 2016 4:45 pm

I used to watch a little anime here and there all my youth. Then I hit college and for reason I just started watching soley anime. Then I watch sekaiichi hatsukoi, I was like uhm I guess? And then at the end of the first episode I was like ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ Then I binge watched Junjou Romantica. Then I googled more yaoi anime, saw all I could find, and then turned to manga. I've probably read like over half of yaoi offered on this site.

And as a side, I wasn't hesitant to read Viewfinder lol. I went head first for all the yaoi even those fucked up ones, even though I mostly hate all those abusive characters taking advantage.

Yep!! Same as me. First year of Uni I just dove straight into manga. We had a similar experience.
Hahahhaha I always keep an open mind when reading yaoi which is why now my top two are finder and totally captivated. However JR and HIR like you would always have the top in my heart.

    1) I've read manga since i was little, starting with manga like doraemon and such, i guess,, don't really remember,,, oh and also watching animes on sunday morning
    2) I really liked them, but i wasn't passionate, and didn't read that much. Then as years passed by suddenly I was no longer interested in anime and, the conceited brat that I was, thought they're only for little kids.
    3) Then around the 3rd year of middle school I read Kanata Kara (From Far Away by Hikawa Kyouko) and suddenly got really hooked into manga, and soon got interested once more in anime.
    4) During my last years in uni I saw the title Junjou Romantica when i was browsing through a list for an anime to watch, and thought "hm, i think i've heard this name a lot before, what was this anime about again? let's google it. oh this is what they call yaoi huh,," I had known about the genre yaoi and yuri but was not interested at all before. I was sort of a homophobe and still quite innocent back then, but i gave in to my sudden curiosity and decided to give it a try and watch it. First one episode (well, 3rd or 4th, because i accidentally watched the 3rd or 4th instead of the 1st ep first) and all of a sudden my life was no longer the same.

I feel like jonjou romantica started it for everyone huh? I am a huge anime fan since I was little so I'm so glad I decided to binge and find it. I was also a bit hesitant although I have a few gay friends I just thought I'd see what it's like from their point of view. But let me tell you. It's either fluffy or its hardcore with my gay friends. I love it because now I can relate it back to what I read and it's awesome seeing different points of view.

I was watching an anime on YouTube called Say i Love You and it ended. I couldn't get enough i wanted to know the story and i came across the manga.. after that i read some more shoujo and psychological mangas but quickly switched to yaoi after discovering it Saezuru Tori Wa Habatakanai.. and fell in love with the raw emotions of yaoi mangas. Now seems like shounen ai and yaoi are all i read. good question you asked there!

Hello,
If anyone can help me and I hope this makes sense, I've read this yaoi/ shounen Ai a while back but i cannot remember what it's called.

It's about this antisocial guy who ends up being the uke, and the seme starts showing interest in him but the uke doesn't want to get close to anyone because he wants to keep his gay dads boyfriend a secret and protect them, so he always dramatically lies to the seme and the seme thinks he's being abused at home and he sees the uke being pulled into a room and the uke looking sad but it was just so the dads boyfriend can is his shirt. They're in highschool by the way... Rings a bell?
