esp cuz i looked it up and the next chapter, 42, is the finale and has since actually been on hiatus
The characters' past were alluded to really heavily and were obviously such a big part of the story, even without being brought up. But then the sides come out and when you think about it . . . They knew each other for, like, five hours? I expected a Dawn of The Dragon type of backstory, something that really shows why the spirit would be so attached to him and would be willing to wait a thousand years for him to come back . . . But again, it turns out they knew each other for only like a weekend???? Really?????????????
