I'm not sure, but i think its just an illustration by Naduki Koujima. :)

This is not a manga. The characters are from the anime Uta No Prince-sama: Maji Love 1000%. So this is probably some fanart

It's most likely a new manga that hasn't been translated. It's a collab work by Izumi Katsure (author) and Kanda Neko (illustrator)

I lost count of how many times people asked about this illustration in the last days! I'm not criticizing but it seems that it caught the attention of many. Well done Kanda Neko! :)
