They get to his house and the himbo offers to hang out in his pool, after a while, the dude mentions how he's never kissed before (cuz he's gay and it's the early 1980-2000's) and the himbo was like "c'mere"

No, the mother was the killer instead of the father, but early in the story, the mother was caught and the child had to live on his own with the skills of a killer(?) or the child killed his mother to escape from her (because the child was kept in a basement?). I remember very little of it, and I think I'm mixing things up on what it was about.
