The artstyle is gorgeous but It still feels wrong.
The kid goes to primary school and while it is not strange to feel a crush on someone older, having a crush in someone who is supposed to be his maternal figure is just not it.
The kid aside, what is Ms Witch doing, by having also some crush on someome who she picked up as a 2 year old infant?
I would have loved to see them grow into a mother-son relationship, found family trope. Not romance.
