Nah man the mom's reaction was completely understandable. Imagine finding out your son is a fcking prostitute even when he has all the resources to work a good job...I'd smack the shit outta him ngl. I'm a firm believer that prostitution should only be the last option for people who don't have any other resources to survive anymore and they should always try to get out of that industry asap
