I really hope the queen doesn’t die. :( she lived her life to become queen only to marry someone she doesn’t love nor does the king love her and having to give up showing love for her baby ToT she doesn’t even do anything evil yet she is fated to die?..!!!!

From what I’ve read from other spoilers, I don’t think the queen actually likes her child because she was forced to have him by having sex with the blonde guy by order of the king. Also she continues to be mistreated and ends up suffering and dying alone.
man, if someone deserved a reincarnation in this novel. it would be the queen. that must’ve broke her. I wish she got happiness:(

Since this never updated I went ahead and picked up the original book by Erica Spindler.
Some details may be different than how the manga would end up since some of the timelines are mixed around compared to manga and some parts in the manga focus on certain parts more than it did in the book. This is really long so

-Red gets fully hired by Jack as an assistant and quits the hair salon. They take on many shoots together. At one point Red scouts this Teenage girl to model for them. They train the girl to become a model and she also becomes Reds friend (or so Red thought she was) they even move in together.
-Red and Carlo meet at one of Jakes outside shoots and Carlos slides into her DM whispering her sweet words that she could be more than just an assistant but a model instead. He constantly sends her flowers after.
-At the studio, Red misses her mom and calls Ms. Opal one day only to find out her mom passed away soon after Red escaped her hometown. Red breaks down and Jake comes up to her crying. He consoles her by hugging her and carries her to his bed, they get intimate and do it ofc. After finishing, Red tells Jake she was raped back in her home town.
- They are a couple but Jake Says to keep it a secret
The retailer is a woman and she’s interested in doing it in return for hiring him. Jake finds no fault in that and goes sure why not cause I wanna make it big.
-One day red was gonna surprise Jake with some wine and lovedovy stuff, only to enter the room and hear moaning. She drops that shit and runs out, Jake tries to stop her from running with only a blanket on , but Red doesn’t look back and run to her model friend. Then her friend was like what the problem if he sleeps with people and says that she slept with him too (it’s a lie but Red doesn’t know that).
With no place to return, she remembers Carlo and stays at his place.
-Later Carlo turns Red into a model (with much reluctance since self image problems, but Carlo is able to show her that she is beautiful).
-Red becomes a real famous model under the name Valentine.
-Years pass, Jake is trying to make her come back to him but Red is like no you selfish. (Jake figures he really loves Red)
-Red sees Carlos depression and confesses to him about her life, so in return Carlo tells her that he is gay.
-They get married to protect Red from getting sexually harassed as a model.
-Jake gets an interview for another big name, this time a guy big name. The guy also hits on Jake and Jake is like no homo can’t do, and finally relizes his shallowness of getting jobs through sex instead of his own talent.
-Carlo gets together with that guy who hit on Jake.
-Red gets lonelier since Carlo is always with his Boi and she has sex with Jake cause sexual tension is still there.
-Giovanni figures that Carlo is gay and breaks it to him, which leads to Carlos depression and later suicide since all he wanted was his fathers approval.
During Carlos' depression, he coupled himself in his room and Red is unable to convince him that she is always there for him. Since Carlo wasn’t taking his scheduled shoots, to prevent his name being dragged down, Red goes to take the photos for him instead. She becomes well know for photos since they’re good.
-Jake finds Carlo in the jacuzzi and tries to save him as Red is in shock. (They could’ve been close brothers if only they ignored their father)
-Remember Reds model friend? Well she became a druggie and is in deep stuff. Red and Jake go to save her since they couldn’t save Carlo and find some solace.
At the end, Reds stinky dad tells the world that Red is a thief and left her mom to die selfish blah blah
Red, with the support of Jake, faces the news reporters and decides to tell her story. Leading us to the beginning of the manga.
Wow ,I mean I love stories like this especially Glass Mask and The One. Thank you for summarizing all this, saved me from being iffy of the cliffhanger UWU
