A big girl (not exactly fat, but big as in hulk ish...male version) likes a chubby fat guy. The guy isn't interested and his parents and 2 "comrades" trick him into a room with the girl while drugging him. It was getting boring/confusing since the beginning and the current chapters don't feel aligned. But this sh1t was not cool imo, btw the girl bribed the 2 guys into helping her (︶︿︶)＝凸 stupid part they could've left out
