That guy is Baron, and my guess is that he is Mono ex (?) Or something like that

Ill try to answer the question with my limited knowledge. D
1.) Baron is mananan's lookalike. There is no evidence (yet) that he is truly mananan's father. But mono and him seemingly goes way back. Maybe past coworkers or past lovers. And maybe at some point there was a conflict as you can see mono is uncomfy with him. Even though he visited him with flowers in some chapter.

3.) That lady seems to be a villain who wants to wreak havoc, taking the chance of the upcoming events to do some mischief wjile ppl are busy. I would think shes some sort of succubi? Those flowers i worry cuz when the y were talking about flowers, its from the human world and theyre thought to perish quickly but hers dont. Lego too says its familiar so maybe theres a land upabove where these stimulating flowers grow and that lady brought them with her. I dunno. She could be a matchmaker too but more crude in her methods and maybe cuz of that she got fired or sumthing and wants revenge xD dunno
