This reminds of a BL, I forgot the name, where the seme acts all cutesy pootie in front of the lover (that ppl misunderstand him to be a delinquent because of hair bleaching mistake) and the seme is actually manipulating bitch and uses the cutesy act to help control the gullible lover.
