I think Hoyeon started having those strange dreams with Moonsung because of the link (?) I mean when they were still neighbors, Hoyeon also had superpowers, right? but he decided to hide it, while moonsung also had it, then hoyeon felt comfortable towards moonsung so the link was made, lol i still don't understand why it has to be romantic feelings, but i will be patient until season 3 is released haha
i agree that their 'love story' seems rushed, but i'll be patient
