I find mc stupid but reasonable and… I find ml annoying

Mc is braindead (twinning lowkey and I feel bad for them, I’d spoil them if I could ) and is a bit slow on learning and heavily relies on sound which is.. an amazing skill but it doesn’t carry you well enough if you can’t make up for your lack of experience and understanding with how game works. I’d expect from whoever the fuck was ripping him off and taking advantage of him to have taught him something besides playing and folding based on signals but nah, they were too slow to give mc proper knowledge


Besides that, he’s actually doing decently well from receiving instructions aside from the very last chapter where he panics, something you can NOT do in the gambling world unless it’s on purpose and you’re screwing them over (they’ll think you’re either A: stupid and will play mind games w you or B: giving inexperienced hand signs which leads to an advantage)
