Sadly it makes sense that Yuta sucks as a villain, he has been a victim all his life. He is a terrible villain because he is actually a good person underneath who only wanted to study but was robbed of his freedom. The only mistake he made was get a crush/obsession with a two faced homophobic gangster who differently than him, is actually a terrible human being with no regards for human life. Yuta could have been free rn from this life but he couldn't let go of this mf. He says it's because of revenge but deep down yuta only wants to love and be loved by him but he doesn't know how to achieve it in a healthy way because he never received love from anyone. He was only forced to have sex with others and thus his whole existence is dirty in his mind, so he also thinks the only way someone would want to be with him is by forcing them. But I'm still curious of how they will ever get together in a real relationship. Probably the only way is with a forced cohabitation situation going on at some point, and Seunghyun will learn all about Yuta's past and will feel regretful about it.

Ofc he must know, he knows all about the rules there, for example he has mentioned before how the prostitutes can't escape from there even if they want to and only can do it if they marry someone with power, also in this chapter he knows that prostitutes were tortured and would talk back to their clients. And he also was the boss of that place at some point so he must have had done a background check of all the people who work there, specially Yuta because we saw he had some kind of relationship with him there. So Seunghyun definitely knows but he never cared and he doesn't care right now either about what Yuta went through. Like Yuta said before too, he feels superior and looks down on them
