Just because mc choose to eat always in game and not care about legendary quest doesn't mean he lives leisurely
Games are not all about Legendary items or Quests he is choosing to live his second life in the game doing the things he can't do in real life... if it was me id do the same! he is great the way he is and his friends are NOT annoying atleast he isn't building a harem or fucking girls here and there!
though i would love to see some progress in his 'real life' since the story is too focused on the game still its a good read and i definitely tried some food featured in here love to see more

in my honest opinion not really, you can barely keep up with everything and everyone in this story irritates me
i would rate this a 3 for the over all... though its good just doesn't feel right for me

He’s been drugged, it’s not easy to communicate. I have the same frustration as you but with the FL. It’s so easy to figure out what is going on with him, you gotta be incredibly dense to not know.
