Yaoi manga (around 8-10 chaps?) where seme and uke are working in the same company and seme is an older guy who is kinda like uke's boss (one of the superiors) and uke is absolutely head over heels for him. Seme knows that fact and kinda exploits him by being a sex friend to uke. When uke finally wakes up and realizes seme isn't gonna love him for real, he asks to be transferred to a different branch of their company and seme only finds out at the last minute and tried to even catch uke's train. Uke sees seme from the train but was thinking that seme's only gonna exploit him again. Seme then realizes he really loves uke all along and even tries to visit him on the other branch uke transferred to. Uke was having none of it and repeatedly rejects him, making seme realize how much he hurt uke. Long story short, it ends happily after Seme grovelled for 2-3 chapters and becomes really sick and Uke finally visits him. They reconciled eventually.
