True. that is definitely one way to go about it. The only issue I can see coming with that would depend on how traditional the family is. Like if they believe in the whole "passing down the bloodline" thing. I think it would totally cute to see them adopt though :D

Still cant see why Eren thought it is okay to make a sacrifice this big? The price is too high. He usually have no problem in sacrificing himself but never his comrade/other ppl.
If i remember eren right, sometimes he is too stupid to see things and he usually have some kind of wrong convition abt things (and sometimes he need other ppl to kick him/slaps him/spit on him before he see that he’s seeing things wrong or see that whatever it is that he believes is in fact the wrong one). This looks like some of those occasion? When he believes something and ppl had to tell him; you thought wrong! But in this case, seems like no voice can reach him? And it is odd? Usually eren listen. Or realise on himself that what he did is wrong. Why can he see that what he is doing is too much?

You’re right you don’t understand him. I don’t see how you can’t though, if you’ve read the story you would since chapter 1 and so on. Eren is a human like all of us. To him humans can’t ever exist with one another in order to gain what truly freedom is. There will always be humans who judge others based on anything whether it’s your skin color, ethnicity, favorite snack, what you love to do, or even how you choose to love your body. Humans destroy everything, ourselves and the living world around us. How can we be free when we can’t fully escape our disastrous mindsets?? What Eren is most likely trying to achieve is for everyone to try and come together to stop him and see that they all seek out the same goals, which is to live freely without the choice being taken away from them, or either just a new world without shitty humans who make everything worst for ALL SPECIES AND PLANTS. Plus if the world was in a zombie apocalypse why would you choose to be alive?? What is literally so good about humanity and living when you’re stuck on the same cycle with capitalism all around you? Then even after the apocalypse the remaining people who are alive would have to do so much work and rebuild everything destroyed.... that is so fucking tiresome. If you think about it there is really nothing bad about dying when no one ever asked to be alive... you can’t even remember your life before you ever became a baby once more.
