First of, I AGREE they need therapy, the "love" they both feel is misplaced and stems from trauma. The age gap is problematic and there's power dynamics that further imbalance the relationship...
Still, yet, however, in spite of , because of... I love how messy this is. My heart is in constant angst. Like other users have mentioned I wish Yun-oh (top) left and made Haewon (bottom) really analyze what he wants from the relationship. I want more autonomy and self discovery from Yun-oh. I want more self-reflection from Haewon....
but ngl I love toxic/dysfunctional relationships, particularly slightly possessive/jealous lovers. And I love when the jealous partner doesn't realize he's jealous. I like that the plot is more complicated than the usual "simple misunderstanding," and am genuinely wanting to see how it evolves. And I want more interaction with Yun-oh's friends; I like that bunch. Most of the side characters feel fleshed out, and I appreciate it. The back story is decent and original enough. I also love how unsettling it is when Haewon is drawn to look upset/angry/possessive in the way villains are drawn. That may be a hot take.

Ngl, the main plot is quite good if not goofy. I love how the Ms. Seo's son keeps meddling. The B plot feels so out of left field but is funny as hell. Did not imagine we would get a pimp!! I'm glad she's disliked by our MC, but I can already tell he's gonna have sex w her too, eventually. I would like this better if it was only the main plot with Ms. Seo but I'll take what I get. Good goon material.

So MC owns the gym under his apartment and is gonna do the underground MMA to get some answers about the relationship between the ML and the boss? Is his goal to liberate ML? I thought there were some supernatural elements bc of the dreams in the first several chapters, but maybe MC is just horny?

What are all the evil things boss is doing? He has sex with him amd has this punishment for ML if he orgasms without permission. He pumps him full of drugs. There are implications from his art (wgich must have taken many years) that he possiby groomed the ML for some time. Also, am I the only one who feels like Boss is also pimping out the ML?

I would say that mc is just a straightforward guy who sees ml coming at him actively, but with mixing some weird fetish things in and I guess his instincts tells him something is off and that's angers him. For now he need answers more than liberation I think, so wanting to get ml away from the drugs is pretty obvious reaction
