From what I can tell from the raws this whole manga takes place right before they get together officially. The next chapter goes back to probably... right after high school possibly college.
I think that ch 1 is current timeline so they are together... but Tenma is hiding feelings about something. They have a very strange relationship, so for all I know I'm far off.
From chap 63 -71 onwards cypher scans started uploading horrible translations i just went to another site (flame to read those badly translated chaps
although it was really bad, somehow I still get the gist of it and still thankful for their efforts to provide it to us for free
when the og translations group was already translating & providing quality translations to us for free then cypher scans shouldn't have snipped & post bad chaps ...
