This is so embarrassing but I HAVE to know that this is NOT an original experience. I grew up in a very strict and religious house so there was ALOT of media supervision and everything. How do u try to fall asleep when u need to?

Lay down and just shut off my brain. Idk how to explain it but that is how it goes. I just try not to think about anything and it doesn't take me more then 5 minutes to fall asleep. If (which happens VERY rarely) I'm unable to sleep still, I cry, get a headache, and then fall asleep. This method takes 1 hour though. There was a time where even 4 to......   1 reply
