a bit underwhelming in some parts..? but i do like that the central theme of this manhwa is definitely family :') i dont like that the sperados are sometimes too shallow and cartoonish, the fights they have against leslie isnt very impactful, for lack of a better word. a pretty meh read if youre looking for a family centred fantasy manhwa with magic and royal politics bc of its forgettable plot, but the pacing is good and the story is okay. the duchess's family is definitely cute without being too cringy tho lmaooo

the art was pretty and the main plot of calliope trying to figure out why her house was brought to ruin in her previous life was good and helped me last as long as i did, coupled with the cuteness of her family. however the main thing that made me uncomfy about this was all the romance subplots when the mc is literally 5-6 years old??? i get that she's 20+ mentally but it doesnt make it any less weird. plus the story drags on for quite some time with minimal advancement to the main plot. overall the manhwa is more cutesy than substantial plot-wise (and i completely understand why lus is *this* close to filing a restraining order on harrison around lippe bc if he doesnt ill do it myself)
