It's the manga that's like this; in elementary school there was a fat kid and an ugly kid. The fat kid got bullied (but didn't care either way) as if the ugly dude stepped in and, den the bully's pushed him and do hope s face collided with a rock which made an X scar. Between es and ms the fat kid went to an all fat people school there they get skinny and super fit.
