It's called cauliflower ears, commonly seen on boxers cuz of trauma. When the ear gets hits too much, this happens.

Cauliflower ear is a common condition among MMA fighters, wrestlers, and other combat sports athletes. It occurs due to repeated trauma to the ear, which can result from strikes, grappling, or friction during training and competition.

That’s common in combat sports to have those kind of ears. It’s from the repeated beating. At one point the ears doesn’t heal normally and look like cauliflower. Hence the name, Cauliflower ears. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
