Sorry to post once again but.. here we go

The main character is a poor guy. He catches the eye of a rich guy who gives him this butt plug with a pink gem. Main character used to do porn videos and did a video or took a picture with the gift. The main character gets roped into the prostitution or escort industry. Eventually he leaves and becomes some actor(popular) and the rich guy is back and he promised he would masturbate until he saw the main character again(very odd fellow) but did do it to images of the main character in this acting job. Ending scene, reporters asking main characters about his sexual past with the escort jobs and being gay.

All I remember is that it had a side story where the main characters best friend, with white long hair wanted to get revenge on his friends ex(short red hair with side burns and an anger issue)who was one of those sex enthusiasts and had a group of friends just the same. MCs friend had sex with the ex(ex bottomed) and really liked it. The ex comes crawling back to the mcs friend but the mcs friend ends up ditching him to go on a date with a girl.
