Shoot or stab that ngga!!!!! if gangs are common than police aren't going to do anything, so have weapons on you and be ready to fight for your life at all times. Or, matter of fact, hire somebody to protect you, just do anything you can to protect yourself cause I would actually be so devastated if you where to die.

Get enough info on him/ them for a restraining order and evidence for when they break it. Then get trained and armed in whatever way feels best for you.
