I think you may need to reread lol. The rabbit was drugged by the guys that forced him to drink. Bear dude helped him but he did “help” by using his hand to relieve the MC. After that, they did not sleep together while the rabbit was still dating the tiger. It was a DREAM that the rabbit had, that he was being touched and didn’t see the face of whoever it was. Then the tiger saw the bear in the shared apartment and automatically jumped to conclusions.
